Bordering the District of Columbia, Chevy Chase extends east and west of Connecticut Avenue. Chevy Chase is sought after for its consistently gracious and elegant aesthetic, mature neighborhoods and easy access into the city including via Beech Drive and Connecticut Avenue. Generally populated by older homes built in the 30's and 40's, the desirability of Chevy Chase has meant extensive renovation and expansion to create homes and floor plans amendable to modern lifestyles.
