Lee Arrowood has spent her entire real estate career with the two top brokers in the Washington region. As Managing Partner of Fleisher/Arrowood of Compass Real Estate, Lee is partnered with the industry’s most successful and respected agent, Marc Fleisher. Together Lee and Marc share a dedication to craft and level of experience unmatched in the industry. Additionally, Lee’s extensive business and operational experience afford her clients a high level of sophistication, and a mastery of the process that drives successful sales.
Lee is routinely involved in many of the region’s largest transactions. She has represented some of the District’s most spectacular new construction as well as important historic properties. Throughout Montgomery County, Lee has handled record-setting sales in neighborhoods from Potomac, Bethesda and Chevy Chase to large equestrian properties further out in the County. Lee leverages all manner of digital and social media, accesses trusted partners to prepare and stage properties, and collaborates with the very best photographers and marketing/design professionals to maximize a property’s assets and exposure to the marketplace.
Lee has deep roots in metropolitan Washington. She is a longtime supporter of both the National Cathedral, and St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School where she served on the Board of Trustees. She provides ongoing support of N Street Village, which empowers homeless and low-income women. A native Bostonian, Lee came to DC in 1989 to work on Capitol Hill and fell in love with the city and region where she has since lived, worked, and raised three children.
Lee is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. She is an avid skier, hiker, and reader.
